Our wedding was a FUN wedding, and we have Rupe to thank! He was wonderful to work with, came early and set up and did the music for the ceremony and reception. Our guests were on the dance floor the entire night. If you have a wedding in the OC area, this is the guy to get! A++++

DJ Rupe helped make our big day PERFECT!! He DJed for the both the ceremony & the reception....everything went so smoothly. Prior to the wedding, if we had any questions he was right there to answer them. His music selection for the reception was perfect & he definitely kept the party going all night. Our guests had an amazing time and I, the bride, didn't leave the dance floor the whole night. Thank you for everything Rupe!!

DJ Rupe was amazing to work with. He was in constant communication with us throughout the planning process. He didn't mind when I added about 200 lines of songs to his sheet we fill out for music. He was spot-on with everything we asked him to do - announce the bridal party each to a different song, played the music we asked for, etc. He even played for the ceremony. Very animated and personal guy. We will stay friends with him for a long time and plan on going to see him DJ whenever we come to the beach. Highly recommended!!!

rupe was so much fun and even helped with some suprised for the groom! had all the (odd) music I wanted! book well in advance!

When I first booked him I wanted DJ Rupe, not any of his associates. Rupe had understandable circumstances that did not allow him to attend the wedding. But his replacement was horrible. He showed up in casual attire, announced the wrong person for the blessing and lacked any personality. I should have saved my money and done an iPod reception. Again, DJ Rupe is wonderful, I've seen him in action and he has years of experience. The guy he sent was not as good as Rupe. When we tried to resolve the issues it was after the wedding and turned really bitter. My husband and I decided to let it go after we were told it was our word vs. theirs. Not worth the frustration but very upsetting when the DJ is one of the most visible vendors.

DJ Rupe was great!! He stays in contact with you months before the wedding to get an understanding of what you want your ceremony/reception to sound like. He called the week before the wedding just to double-check that everything was still ok. He arrived at the ceremony site extra early to set up and do a sound check. He played exactly what we asked for, plus took requests from our guests. He has a great personality, and just made the night fun. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

dj rupe was the best. He made the night and he had everyone on the dance floor all night long. He will play whatever you want and he gives you a disc at the end of the night with the special songs on it. He has been my favorite dj for years, I am just so happy that my wedding date was available for him. Another thing, I would book early he gets booked pretty fast.
