Food was just ok. Apps were put out way too early (before the start of the actual reception). Disorganized. Main contact was no where to be found when things went wrong. Hostess was no help either. If someplace else is available, I'd go elsewhere.

Awesome people to work with. Food is outstanding, as is the service they provide. I frequently work with them as a DJ, and all of their clients are always very satisfied with their events. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Overall I had a great experience. The staff was there to assist me with anything that I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better time.

The food was excellent and the hall looked very nice. We had many compliments from our guests. When asked if you would like a marquis sign, if you say no, make sure that they take down the names of the previous wedding. We had many guests leave before even coming inside because they thought they were at the wrong fire hall. It was not only embarrassing and a wasted cost, but our guests were upset that they were not able to attend the reception.

Our guests really enjoyed the food. They raved about the pineapple stuffing and corn casserole. Christine was very helpful and responded to emails in a timely manner. The one thing would be do your own chair covers and sashes. They are not hard and will save you a few hundred dollars. We had a blast putting them on and our guests were helpful in taking them off. It was one thing that was a must for me and I am glad we did it. It really made the place standout.

Starlight catering did a fantastic job from start to finish. Our wedding was during a very rough patch in the owner's personal life, but this did not show through in anything. Starlight has wonderful food, friendly service, and overall a great catering company. I would highly recommendend them. Great qualitiy and great price!

I could not have asked for a more helpful staff, They went above and beyond my exspectations and made my wedding perfect. The food was awesome and everybody at the wedding raved about it. Sometimes when you think of a buffet you don't have the best thoughts, the the food served by starlight catering was amazing.

My son Mike and daughter in law Cindy were married at the Christiana Fire Hall as well as holding the reception there which is where Starlight Catering is located. that was this past Feburary. My son & daughter in law asked for my help in planning. I sent them directly to Starlight Catering! If you visit the startlight catering website what you see is what you get plus more! Also when looking at the pictures of the brides & grooms. My son & daughter in law were and are quite honored and surprised to have a picture of them posted on the site! Go to one of the events at the Christiana Firehall & enjoy the food by Starlight!!

The buffet style which I had offered such a variety to please all of my guest. The food quality and taste were perfect and I had so many choices. Everyone was flexible and worked hard to suit the needs of my wedding!

Christine, of Starlight Catering, catered my wedding in May of 2006. Typically you think of a fire hall wedding as folding chairs & cheap place settings. With Starlight, this was not the case at all. When I saw how she decorated the hall, I was more than impressed. The linens on all tables were a beautiful pink that went perfectly with my bridesmaids' gowns. She had candles srategically placed. The tables were lit elegantly. The presentation of the food was gorgeous. Not only was her price unbeatable, but the quality was top knotch. The food was declicious! I actually had two guests call me and ask me to contact Christine for a recipe!! We were so impressed with Starlight Catering that we had our company book our Christmas parties with her. She is kind, easy to work with, understanding, & flexible. She can work with any budget & trust me, you will not be disappointed. She helped make my wedding day special & I thank her for this. StarLight Catering was awesome! I highly recommend athem to any bride getting married. I told them what I was looking for and they pretty much handled the whole thing. Food was over the top! The hall was decorated beautifully with little lights. If you are looking for a caterer and you dont want to worry about anything I HIGHLY recommend them. I have also been to other events that they have catered and I give them a 5 stars on all my encounters with them. Star Light caterering you ROCK!!!
